From where it began
“When I have a dream, before I sit down to write it, I pray and I stand on John 14:26, which reads: ‘But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance whatsoever I have said unto you.'
So, when I am writing a dream that my lovely Jesus has given me, I pray in faith, believing and stand on that verse, and it is just like I am in the dream once again; like I am watching it. I hear it word for word; I see the detail and take note. It is a gift from the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit within me, not me.” - Vicki Goforth Parnell

My name is Vicki Goforth Parnell, I live in Tennessee, and I worship Jesus Christ with all my heart. He is my everything.
Although I received Jesus into my heart at the tender age of five, I haven’t always remained faithful to Him as my lovely Jesus has to me. Deuteronomy 7:9 tells us, “He is known as the faithful God.”
Now, I live a surrendered life and live totally and completely for His holy will to be done. I spend much time praying, fasting, and reading His Word. I long so very much to know Him more and more. I also long for others to know Him and His glorious love, as I do. Through the patient and benevolent guidance of my friend, the Holy Spirit, I share God’s magnificence, in love and in judgement, with others.
Perhaps you feel this way, too. As of late I find myself praying, “Come Lord Jesus, please come,” not out of a desire to escape this world, but because I long to be with He whom my soul loveth!
